WHICH SESSION IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Both home and studio sessions include the same sweet poses—it’s just a matter of setting. A home session adds a cozy, personal touch (yes, even that couch you’ve been wanting to replace), while a studio session offers a clean, classic look with soft, airy lighting.

Think ahead—would you love to see glimpses of your home in your baby’s photos years from now, or do you prefer a timeless, minimal setting? Either way, we’ll make sure the focus stays on what matters most—your family.

We’ll capture snuggly, swaddled baby moments, tiny fingers wrapped around yours, and all the love in between. We provide wraps, bonnets, and bows, and we’re happy to include any special items you bring.

Whichever session you choose, your little one is the star—we’re just here to help create beautiful, lasting memories!

The ideal time for newborn photos is around 10-14 days old—baby is still super sleepy, loves being swaddled, and is less startled by sounds and movement. Plus, by then, you’ve had a little time to settle in at home.

If your baby is older than 14 days, no worries! Swaddling might be trickier, but we can dress them in adorable outfits instead—you’ll still get beautiful photos. We happily work with newborns of all ages!

For home sessions, we’ll pick 1-2 well-lit spots (not whole rooms!) with soft, natural light. Large windows and light-colored furniture work best. Popular choices include the living room, master bedroom, or nursery—but don’t worry, we won’t be taking over your entire home!

We wear a mask when handling babies under 2 months old and are up-to-date on the Tdap vaccine for extra peace of mind.

To reserve your session, we require a deposit upfront and will help you prepare before baby arrives. Once your little one is here, just send us a quick text or email, and we’ll schedule your session right away. A $75 non-refundable retainer secures your spot, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.
